links seamlessly with the
Regulatory Compliance
Module to greatly simplify compliance with the
new Global Harmonization (GHS) standard.
The GHS standard provides a framework to perform assessments on
substances and mixtures leading to the assignment of hazard and
precautionary statements, hazard pictograms and a hazard signal word
("Danger" or "Warning"). This module allows entry of GHS Hazard
Statements and trigger levels for each substance. The
program automatically determines the
appropriate Hazard and Precautionary Statements, hazard pictograms,
and signal word which should be included on the regulatory documents
for your products. The program includes current
(and pending) GHS implementations world-wide, including in the EU,
Japan, China, UN (Purple Book) and the US.
The Formula Design
Module allows you to quickly generate any number of test formulas,
containing a common base raw material or formula, and varying
combinations of additional ingredients. Formula Design also
allows you to specify details about the formulas you are creating,
including the number of design points, additional components, and base
formulas/resource components.
The
Scheduling Module is integrated with the
Project and
Workflow Modules provides high-level tools to manage tasks
associated with activities performed within ProductVision, including new
product development, reformulations, raw material and formula approvals.
This includes the ability to produce Gantt charts, bar and pie charts,
and other visuals to easily determine when tasks, workflows, and/or
projects are on-time/on-budget or late/over budget.
