ProductVision Auditing (AU) Module provides an extensive audit trail for changes made to any item in ProductVision.  With auditing enabled, you will never have to wonder when a change was made or who made it.  The exact time, date, and user is recorded along with the details of the changes.  All changes to an item may be viewed on the item’s “Admin” Tab at the click of your mouse.

     Auditing identifies the Who, When, and What of any Change

Simply click on the “+” to view the details for any change.   Optionally, you can “chain” between formula revisions to see change history for any product going back to when it was first created.

Helps Facilitate Good Manufacturing Practice Requirements

One of the FDA's main tenets of 21CFR Part 11 compliance is the ability to track all changes down to the detail level.  Audit tracking, along with many other security features in ProductVision, helps achieve this compliance requirement.

Audit Query Allows you to View All Activity by Employee, Date Range and Item Type

The ProductVision Audit Activity Query allows you to display all changes made anywhere in ProductVision by Item Type (raw material, formula, project, etc.), User, Date Range, and type of change (component change, property change, etc.)
