Integrated Nutrition Database
ProductVision’s Nutrition Database Module allows users to
automatically import nutrition information for up to 20,000 ingredients
and up to 105 nutritionals into ProductVision. The ND Module
eliminates hours of research and manual retyping of information (and the
potential for keying errors.)
The
ND Module provides the tools to easily extract information contained
in the database. ND utilizes the widely-used
ESHA Research Genesis Database
and other regional databases, as requested. ESHA
Research has been the leading provider of accurate and comprehensive
nutritional information to the food industry for over 20 years. ESHA
continuously updates their database as the explosion of new foods enters
the marketplace and nutrient data is updated. Updates to the database
are provided periodically as these changes are made.
