
At ASD, we are always working to improve the user experience for our clients when using ProductVision. In most cases, this means adding enhancements to the software itself via new modules or adding functionality to existing objects in ProductVision. Beginning with build 5.2.1002.1401, another layer of functionality was added to help users grow/retain knowledge by adding a Knowledge Base for ProductVision.
This Knowledge Base can be found by going to Help -> ASD On the Web -> Knowledgebase from the main application. You will be directed to the Knowledge Base where you can search on various ProductVision topics that range from how-to guides to quick tips to script examples – and more! The list is ever growing so be sure to check back frequently for new topics.
This is not the only form of help that you will find when you click the link to go to the Knowledge Base. At the top of the page you will also see links for the ProductVision online Help and a link to the blogs on our website.
