On November 8, 2023, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the Updated Cosmetic Product Facility Registration and Cosmetic Product Listing Deadline. FDA will begin to enforce both the Cosmetic Product Facility Registration and Cosmetic Product Listing on July 1, 2024. New guidance documents will be released in early December including guidance of the new submission tools.
