ProductVision.NET allows for web access to ProductVision objects. ProductVision.NET is compatible with all modern browsers. ProductVision.NET was designed with full “responsive” capability, allowing ProductVison.NET to dynamically size the displayed information based on the device used (computer, tablet, or smart phone).
Module Features
Dashboards
Configurable dashboards can display data from ProductVision or external databases. Dashboards allow management to visually track and display key performance indicators (KPI) and data points to monitor the status/productivity of a department or specific process.
Dashboards can also allow for instant drill down capability to view a specific object.
Resources
The Resource application is a specification management tool that can display user configurable information based on security rights assigned to the authenticated user.
Features include:
- Creation of a new resource
- Properties and Specifications Management
- Resource Costs can be maintained
- Attachments and Reports can be viewed
A vendor portal can also be created allowing suppliers to modify resources associated with them. This can help automate the supplier onboarding process, as well as supplying a complete audit trail of a vendor’s activity.
Formulas
The Formula application is a full featured formula management tool.
Features include:
- Creation of a new formula
- Add, change, or delete formula components
- Normalize – To Yield capabilities
- Properties/ Specifications Management
- Resource Costs can be maintained
- Attachments and Reports can be viewed
The application includes numerous features to allow for collaboration during the formula development process either internally or with various trading partners.
Projects
The Projects application provides the tools to create and view/edit existing projects.
Remote users, including salespeople or management can create projects/briefs or check the status of existing projects.
A big advantage of the project management application is that it makes effective collaboration extremely simple. It keeps all communication in a unified place. Insights like project timeline and status updates can be accessed easily. Important alerts can be automatically sent to the relevant parties. Approval Tasks
The Task Approval application allows users to quickly access and pass/fail their assigned tasks from multiple devices, including a smart phone or tablet.

GHS SDS Revisions that have been approved and published in ProductVision can be queried on and viewed.
