Advanced Software Designs’ latest release of ProductVision is designed to comply with the FDA’s final rulings of food labeling requirements
This release will include new formatting, daily values and required properties for the Vertical (single and dual column), Horizontal (Tabular), Linear, Simplified, Toddler, Infant, Two Product, and Supplement Facts labels. In specific circumstances, serving size values as well as container consumption, can also be reported.
As companies will have until June 2018 to implement the changes, users will have access to both the new and old style label reports. In addition to printing the labels, ProductVision can export the nutritional data to other graphics software packages, if desired.
